Wellington Homes has extensive expertise in all construction problems and in all phases of the design, budget, and building process; (qualified General Contractor Subcontractors, Workmanship & Materials); we work with you to discuss your concerns and advise of the obvious problems and any potential problems, then work to resolve those problems to get your project back on track to deliver your custom home as you envisioned… Items of consistent problems:

  • Project over original quoted budget
  • Project is significantly behind schedule or lack of constant activity
  • Project is poorly organized & poorly maintained
  •  Project reflects poor workmanship of custom work/materials
  • A need to replace under qualified/performing General Contractor
  • Verify “scope of work” per plan to date w/ Sub-contractors to confirm budget
  • Determine if Sub-contractors are qualified for project
  • Final waiver project to date, if required to bring in new personnel
  • Immediately restart project w/ verified scope of work & a confirmed budget
  • Determine if General Contractor is qualified & performing on a level of detail required for the project
  • Verify the actual scope of work required to complete the project
  • Work as Construction Manager to assist current General Contractor to reorganize the Project to hold completion date
  • Re-quote project to verify actual quotes are per “Fair Market Value” and provide verified balance sheet of associated costs
